Initiative Update
On November 8, 2016, 17 propositions were presented to California voters. Of the 17 propositions, 12 passed and 5 failed. The results for the propositions were certified at the county level on December 9, 2016, and the Secretary of State certified the results on December 16, 2016. This year, Churchwell White LLP is also pleased to offer our first Initiative Update. The Initiative Update provides a brief summary of the 12 propositions that passed.
