This year, Churchwell White LLP is also pleased to offer our first Legal Update, an annual guide to significant cases decided by California and federal courts in the past year, as well as legal issues that are likely to be reviewed in 2017. The Legal Update is a condensed and curated look at case law that may affect public entities, particularly cities and special districts. The Legal Update provides a brief summary of the factual background, holding, and significance of each case.
